Air Pressure Feeder

 Feed the opened, non-impurity, blended fibers to the carding machine evenly.

Suitable fibers: 0.7-20 dtex×25-65 mm

Feature:

1.  Upper hopper and lower hopper structure and inside fan is controlled by inverter.

2.  High precise air pressure detecting in upper and lower hopper.

3.  Transverse regulating by air flow.

4.  Lower hopper equipped with vibrating board.

5.  The vibrating frequency is adjustable.

6.  Feeding roller is controlled according to the signal which generated by autolevelling.

7.  This makes the output batt more evenly.
