Heat Setting Machinery

Applications:

• The machine is use for making the pre-process stretched fiber size stable, and keeping good physical property.
• There are two different kinds of setting methods for PET staple fiber. One method is to set under stress, so it is stressed heat setting, the other is to set at relaxed state, so it is relaxed heat setting.
• For ordinary cotton type, wool type, three dimensional hollow type and composite fiber, we have to adopt relaxed heat setting.
• For high tenacity low elongation cotton type staple fiber, it must add a stressed heat setting machine, heat setting roller through steam or heat conduction oil, make highly oriented fiber set under stress. Degree of orientation of fibers molecular chain is not deduced, crystalline goes up as the temperate rises, so fiber tenacity of fixed axis increases accordingly. In order to prevent heat diffusion, and keep good operation condition, heating roller is enclosed with door made of toughened glass, and just set aside a tow passage. The glass door is lifted upward and downward by lifter.
