Application

 This machine is designed for tentering and heat setting processes of synthetic fabrics and its blend fabric's etc.Suitable fabric weight is 80-360 g/m².

Main character
* The hot-air chamber is the type of bricks with small circulation type. Each chamber brick have temperature controller.
* The circulating fan is a axial type, the jet box has wedge section and holes on it's surface.
* The circulating fan can be pulled out of the chamber door for machine maintenance easily.
* The tenter rail adopt cast iron structure, on the rail working surface there is graphite gliding
strips. The tenter chain rollers are no lubrication oil injection when using.
* The machine adopt infra-red edge sensor, the fabric can be moved straightly.
* The machine will equip padder and weft-straightener when customer selection.
