PU/PVC Coating Line

Application 
This machine is used for PU and PVC leather produce. It can be using direct coating, floating coating and transfer coating process. The machine will produce very kinds of coating product when using different process including waterproof fabric; down-proof fabric; face waterproof and back absorption; suede; thermo cloth; fire-proof cloth; tentage industry fabric and other products.

Main character
The machine has the well confor-mance, it can be used for direct Coating, floating coating or transfer coating process.
Constant tension control adopt the close loop with tension feed back, thus the machine
synchronous running will further reliable and tension stable and transfer paper using time.
The chamber design adopt rational circulating fan and air jet, thus get the rational air blowing and temperature controlling.
High precision of blade and coating cylinder with fine design and making, thus the quality of product will get well.
The blade frame lift can equip computer clearance controller.
